Tala location
A hillside setting overlooking the sea.
The development is in the established village of Tala, above Paphos. The masterplan responds to the hillside, with homes oriented towards sea views and private and public road access shown on the plan.

The masterplan shows residences V1–V8. The six later bungalow designs were adjusted to their individual plots, outlooks and sea-facing orientation. Private-road levels, entrances to the later plots and final planning details remain under architectural development.

This is a proposed development. The images are architectural visualisations, and the preliminary masterplan remains under architectural development. Request the current status and specifications before making a decision.
Will each residence have its own title deed?
Individual title deeds are planned for each residence. Issuance and transfer remain subject to completion, required approvals and Cyprus Land Registry procedures.
